The brief

The client aimed to create a central hub where users could easily locate van signage suppliers across various regions in the UK. The brief emphasised a user-friendly search experience and comprehensive listing capabilities.

The platform needed to be intuitive for both those seeking services and businesses wanting to list their offerings, acting as a bridge between them.

What we built

We developed a directory website with advanced search and filtering options, allowing users to find van signage companies by location or service. Each listed business has a dedicated profile page.

The site incorporates features for suppliers to submit and manage their listings. The technical architecture supports a large number of entries while maintaining fast load times and a responsive layout.

Design & technical notes

The design focused on clarity and ease of navigation, with a clean interface that prioritises search functionality. A neutral colour scheme was chosen to appeal to a broad user base, without distracting from the directory content.

Technically, the platform was engineered for scalability, enabling future expansion of listings and features. We implemented on-page SEO best practices to ensure the directory itself ranks well for relevant search queries.
