Is VAT added to these prices?

No. Web Print & Signs Limited is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay: no VAT is added at checkout.

Where does the consultation happen?

Face to face at Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB, or at your premises anywhere in Greater Manchester. If it suits you better we can do it on a video call. We plan your brand, your print and what to do first.

I do not have a logo yet. Which package?

Brand, Online, Growth and Complete include a brand new logo with colours and fonts. Launch to Promo tidy the logo you already have; if you have none, talk to us first and we will suggest the right route.

When is anything printed?

Nothing is printed, made or published until you have seen every design and said yes. A person checks every file before it is printed.

How long does it take?

Print usually arrives two to three weeks after your consultation, depending on how quickly the designs are agreed. A 5-page website usually takes four to six weeks, and the online shop six to eight weeks, because it depends on your products, photos and text.

Can I change quantities or swap an item?

Yes. Tell us before you order (or at the consultation) and we will price the change. Every item is a product we sell, so swaps are easy to cost.

What happens after the first year of hosting?

Before the 12 months are up we agree the renewal price with you. The domain is registered to you and the website is yours, so you can move it elsewhere if you prefer.

Is delivery included?

Yes, to a UK mainland address (all packages are over the £99 free-delivery level), or collect from Unit 3 in M8. Scottish Highlands add £10; islands and Northern Ireland are by quote.

What does "bought separately" mean?

It is the total of today's prices in our own shop for exactly the same items, with the shop's design service on each printed item. The consultation, hosting and the online shop set-up are not counted in it.
