Sign Maintenance Contracts Manchester
Signs and vehicle graphics wear out slowly: faces fade, vinyl lifts at the edges, panels get dirty and nobody notices until the sign looks neglected. A maintenance contract puts your signs on a schedule, so they are checked, cleaned and repaired before customers notice anything.

Who a maintenance contract is for
- Businesses with several branches that need every sign to look the same
- Landlords and managing agents with multi-tenant signs, totems and directory boards
- Fleets that need van graphics kept consistent and replaced after damage
- Schools, clinics and offices with wayfinding and safety signs
What a visit covers
- A visual check of every sign on the schedule, with photos
- Cleaning of sign faces, fascias and window graphics
- Checking fixings and brackets for movement
- Replacing faded faces and lifting or damaged vinyl
- Updating details such as phone numbers and opening hours
- A short written report after each visit
We do not carry out electrical work. If an illuminated sign is not lighting properly, we report it so your electrician can deal with it, and we replace the face once they have.
How it is set up
Sign survey
We visit each site or vehicle and record every sign, its size, material and condition.
Schedule
We agree how often each site is visited, based on how exposed the signs are.
Fixed contract price
You get one agreed price for the scheduled visits, with any repairs quoted first.
Visits and reports
We visit as planned, carry out the work and send a report with photos.
Fleet branding upkeep
For vehicles, a contract keeps your fleet branding consistent: new vans are lettered to the same design, damaged panels are replaced after repairs, and graphics are removed from vans leaving the fleet. See van livery removal for the removal side.
What do customers ask before ordering?
How often should signs be checked?
It depends on exposure. Signs facing the sun or on busy roads fade and get dirty faster. Many sites need a visit once or twice a year, and we agree the schedule with you.
Can you maintain signs another company made?
Yes. We survey the existing signs first and tell you what can be maintained, refaced or should be replaced.
Is there a minimum number of sites?
No. A contract can cover a single building with several signs, or many sites and vehicles.
Can visits happen outside opening hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend visits can be arranged so the work does not get in the way of trading.
