Returns and Refunds

This policy explains when you can cancel, return or get a refund for an order from Web Print & Signs (WEB PRINT & SIGNS LIMITED, company number 16585795, Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester, M8 8EB). It does not affect your statutory rights.

Personalised and made-to-order products

Almost everything we sell is made to your specification: printed with your artwork, text or logo, cut to your size, or decorated for you (business cards, flyers, banners, signs, stickers, vehicle graphics, branded workwear and similar).

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (regulation 28(1)(b)), the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This means:

• You can change or cancel a personalised order free of charge until production starts. Contact us as soon as possible on 0161 315 1151 or hello@webprintsigns.co.uk.
• Once production has started, we cannot accept a cancellation or return because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong option, or supplied artwork with a mistake in it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted by us, or different from what you ordered and confirmed, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 whether or not the item was personalised.

• Tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the problem.
• Within 30 days of delivery you can reject faulty goods for a full refund. Alternatively, or after 30 days, we will reprint or repair the items, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, refund you.
• We pay any return postage for faulty or wrong items, or arrange collection.
• Not a fault: slight colour differences between screen and print, or errors in artwork you supplied or confirmed.

Standard (not personalised) products

If you are a consumer and buy an item that is not made or personalised for you, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (email is fine) within that time, then return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or evidence that you sent it, such as a postage receipt).

Services: websites, apps, AI, SEO and design

• Consumers can cancel a service within 14 days of the contract starting. If you asked us to start work within those 14 days, we will refund what you paid less a fair amount for the work already done.
• Design work that you have received and confirmed cannot be returned.
• Business customers: cancellation is on the terms of your written quote.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days of us issuing them, depending on your bank.
