The brief

The client needed a web application to simplify the reordering process for embroidered workwear bundles. The primary goal was to replicate the product offerings, brands, and pricing available on an existing ecommerce site, theworkwear.co.uk’s Bundle Wizard, into a more efficient, app-like interface.

The key requirement was to reduce the number of steps for reordering, making it significantly faster for users, particularly those managing team workwear.

What we built

We developed a dedicated web application focused on rapid reordering of workwear bundles. The app mirrors the product catalogue, branding, and pricing structure of the client’s existing Bundle Wizard, ensuring consistency.

The core functionality allows users to reorder previously configured workwear bundles in a minimal number of steps, significantly streamlining the process. The application features a mobile-first design for ease of use on smartphones and tablets.

Design & technical notes

The design focused on extreme simplicity and efficiency, with a clear, uncluttered interface to facilitate quick reorders. User flows were meticulously planned to minimise clicks and maximise speed, using prominent action buttons and straightforward navigation.

Technically, the application was built for high responsiveness and performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth interactions on mobile devices. Data synchronisation with the existing catalogue was a key technical consideration, alongside robust hosting for reliability.
