The brief
The client needed a dedicated ecommerce website to sell certified hi-vis workwear. A primary requirement was to clearly display product compliance with EN ISO 20471 standards, assuring customers of product safety and quality.
The platform also needed to streamline the ordering process and provide transparent information regarding dispatch times for various hi-vis items.
What we built
We constructed an ecommerce site featuring a detailed product catalogue for certified hi-vis jackets, vests, and waistcoats. Each product page highlights its EN ISO 20471 compliance and other relevant specifications.
The site includes standard ecommerce features such as a shopping cart, secure checkout, and order confirmation. It was developed with a mobile-first approach and includes on-page SEO to improve visibility for specific hi-vis product searches.
Design & technical notes
The design prioritised clarity and trust, using a clean layout that clearly presents product details and certifications. A functional colour scheme and legible typography were chosen to support the safety-focused nature of the products.
From a technical perspective, the website is fully responsive, adapting seamlessly to different screen sizes. Performance considerations were integrated to ensure quick page loads, and structured data was used to help search engines understand the product offerings.
