The brief

The business required a solution to unify order management. They needed to stop manually tracking orders across different WooCommerce stores, WhatsApp groups, and spreadsheets.

The goal was to create a single platform that could pull all order data into one production pipeline, improving efficiency and reducing administrative overhead.

What we built

We built a web application with a central dashboard to aggregate order information. This included integration points for various sales channels like WooCommerce.

The system features a production pipeline view, allowing users to track orders through different stages, from initial processing and digitising to final dispatch. The application provides a comprehensive overview of all active orders.

Design & technical notes

The application features a clean, functional interface designed for clarity and ease of use in a busy production environment. Typography and colour schemes prioritise readability and data hierarchy.

Technically, the system is designed for robust data handling and real-time updates. It includes a secure hosting environment with a focus on performance for consistent access to critical order information.
