Description
A printed “No Unauthorised Entry” sign, set out as a prohibition sign: red circle and diagonal bar over a black symbol and made to order on rigid board. It is used in building sites, site cabins, hoardings and Heras fencing.
The symbol is ISO 7010 P004 (no thoroughfare), the standard pictogram used across the UK and Europe, so the sign can be understood at a glance, even by people who do not read English.
Choose from 3 sizes, A3 landscape (420 x 297 mm) up to A1 landscape (841 x 594 mm). As a rough guide you can read a sign from about 1 metre away for every 25 mm of its shorter side, so the smallest size here suits a reading distance of about 12 m and the largest about 24 m. Sizes that are not a standard board size are cut to the exact size.
Board options: 3.5mm Correx is fluted plastic: light, waterproof and the low-cost pick for temporary and site signs; 3mm Foamex is light, smooth and easy to fix with screws or tape, the usual choice for indoor walls and doors; 3mm Dibond, an aluminium composite, is rigid and weatherproof and lasts for years outdoors on walls, fences and posts. Add fixing holes in the top corners or all four corners if you are screwing it to a wall, post or fence.
