Description

A printed “Archery Range and Left Arrow” sign, set out as a text sign with the message set large and clear and made to order on rigid board. It is used in schools, nurseries, playgrounds, community centres and places of worship.

The message is the main element on this sign, set in large type with plenty of contrast so it can be read from a distance.

Choose from 3 sizes, A3 (297 x 420 mm) up to A1 (594 x 841 mm). As a rough guide you can read a sign from about 1 metre away for every 25 mm of its shorter side, so the smallest size here suits a reading distance of about 12 m and the largest about 24 m. Sizes that are not a standard board size are cut to the exact size.

Board options: 3.5mm Correx is fluted plastic: light, waterproof and the low-cost pick for temporary and site signs; 5mm Foamex is stiffer, so larger indoor signs stay flat; 3mm Dibond, an aluminium composite, is rigid and weatherproof and lasts for years outdoors on walls, fences and posts. Add fixing holes in the top corners or all four corners if you are screwing it to a wall, post or fence.
