Quick answers

What is the minimum order for Bullet Nash pens?

The smallest quantity is 50 pens. From there the dropdown climbs through 75, 100 and on in steps to 1500. Fifty is enough for a single exhibition or a reception desk. For a pen sold in other colour layouts, compare the Nash pens with white barrel and coloured grip.

How much do printed Bullet Nash pens cost?

50 pens start at £136.06, 500 start at £934.63 and 1000 start at £1,821.96, based on the cheapest colour for each quantity. The pen price falls as the run gets bigger, and the configurator shows the live total for your chosen colour. For more than 1500 pens, ask through Get a Quote.

What colours are the Bullet Nash pens available in?

The Substrate Color dropdown lists four two-tone combinations as colour codes: #eaeaea/#404040, #eaeaea/#112794, #eaeaea/#b62531 and #eaeaea/#2a8c51. Each pairs the same light grey with a second colour, which by its code is a dark grey, a blue, a red or a green. If you want to see the shades before choosing, ask the team.

How long does it take to print branded pens?

Production is typically around 4 working days after your order and artwork are in place. It is a guide rather than a fixed date, so order with a margin before a conference or launch. Pens can be collected in Manchester or delivered anywhere listed on our areas we cover page.

How much space is there for a logo on the pen?

The print area is not given on the product page. Pens offer limited space, so a short logo or business name works best. Check the exact print size with our team before you finalise artwork, especially if you want a phone number or web address added.

Can you prepare my logo for printing on pens?

Yes. You can supply print-ready artwork free, or pick the Professional artwork and design service for £36.00 and our designers will prepare your logo to suit the pen. That helps if your logo is detailed and needs simplifying. Learn more on our about page.

What are printed ballpoint pens good for?

They are low-cost giveaways for exhibitions, conferences and open days, handy for reception desks, and useful in welcome packs for new clients or staff. People keep and use pens, so your name stays on their desk. More ideas sit on our promotional products page.

Asked by buyers 22

Why are the pen colours shown as codes?

The dropdown names each option by its hex colour code, the way the colours are recorded on the product. All four start with #eaeaea, a light grey, followed by the accent colour. If you would like a plain-English description or a match to your brand colour, ask us before ordering.

Which Bullet Nash colour suits my brand?

Pick the accent closest to your brand: #112794 for a blue brand, #b62531 for red, #2a8c51 for green, or #404040 for a neutral dark grey that suits almost any logo. If your brand uses another colour entirely, the grey version is usually the safest. Our promotional range has other items to match.

Can I mix pen colours in one order?

Yes. Configure one colour and quantity, add it to the cart, then choose the next colour and add that too. Each line must use a listed quantity, starting at 50. Some businesses use different colours for different departments or events.

How does the Bullet Nash compare with other promotional pens?

Several pens are listed, each with its own colours and options. For a different classic style, see the Global Classic Ballpoint Pen, and for a premium engraved finish, the Engraved Paragon Pens. Compare the pages to find the right fit for your budget and audience.

Are there Nash pens with a coloured barrel instead?

Yes, there are separate Nash pages with different colour layouts. The coloured barrel and black grip version and the coloured barrel and grip version each have their own options and prices. Choose the one whose look suits your brand.

How much would 250 pens cost?

On the cheapest colour, 250 Bullet Nash pens start at £490.99. The total depends on the colour you choose, and the configurator shows the exact price as soon as you select it. Compare 200 and 300 in the dropdown to see how the cost per pen moves.

What pen quantities can I order online?

50, 75, 100, then 125 to 250 in steps of 25, followed by 300, 400, 500, 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500. If you need a number in between, round up or split across two colours. For larger or unusual quantities, request a price on the quote form.

Is it worth ordering 1000 pens rather than 500?

If you hand out pens regularly at events or include them in mailings, a larger run lowers the cost per pen and saves reordering. If you only need them for a single event, a smaller order avoids boxes sitting unused. Check both totals in the configurator to decide.

What information fits on a printed pen?

Usually a logo or business name, plus a short web address or phone number if space allows. Long text becomes too small to read. Keep the most important detail, often your web address, and make sure it stays legible. Our web design team can help if that address needs a website behind it.

Can the pen be printed in more than one colour?

The product page does not list print colour options for the branding, so the number of ink colours available is not set out there. If your logo uses several colours, ask before ordering, or provide a one-colour version of your logo, which usually suits pens well.

What artwork format do I need for printed pens?

A print-ready PDF of your logo, ideally in vector form, works best because it stays sharp at small sizes. Avoid low-resolution images from websites or social media, as they can print blurred. If you are unsure your file is suitable, the design service can prepare it for you.

Should I simplify my logo for a pen?

Often, yes. A pen has limited space, so thin lines, small text and gradients may not show clearly. A bold, simplified version of your logo or just your business name usually reads better. The Professional artwork and design service, at £36.00, can produce a pen-friendly version.

Can I use the same logo file on pens and stationery?

Yes, using the same file keeps your branding consistent. You may need a simplified version for the pen and the full version for larger items like letterheads or business cards. Our designers can prepare both from one master logo.

How do I order branded Bullet Nash pens?

Choose your Substrate Color, pick a quantity, and select your artwork option. The price updates live. Add the pens to your cart and pay by card at checkout. Other items for events or offices can be added from our online shop before you pay.

How can I pay for an order of pens?

Card payment through Stripe at checkout covers Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The total, including any delivery cost, is shown before you confirm. Once paid, the order goes into production with the artwork option you selected.

Can I collect printed pens in Manchester?

Yes, collection is from our studio at Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. That is handy if you need the pens for a local event. Call 0161 315 1151 to check your order is ready before you travel.

Can pens be delivered straight to an exhibition venue?

Yes, enter the venue address at checkout and the delivery cost is shown before you pay. Check the venue accepts deliveries for exhibitors and allow for production of around 4 working days plus transit. For the stand itself, see our exhibition graphics.

Do printed pens work in client welcome packs?

Yes, a branded pen is a handy, useful item that new clients keep on their desk. Combine it with a notebook and a printed folder for a complete pack. See our Custom A5 Notebook and presentation folders.

Are branded pens useful for trades and service businesses?

Yes. Leave a pen with every quote, invoice or job sheet so customers have your number when they need you again. Estate agents, mechanics and salons all use pens this way. For the paperwork itself, look at our NCR books.

Can schools and charities use branded pens?

Yes, pens suit open days, fundraising events and supporter thank-you packs. They are affordable in larger quantities and practical for parents, students and donors. Add a printed lanyard for volunteers from our Lanyards page.

Are pens a good giveaway at trade shows?

Pens are among the most picked-up items at a stand because they are useful and cost little per piece. Keep a pot on the counter and hand them out after a conversation. Pair them with Roller Banners so visitors remember where they picked up the pen.

Can hotels and restaurants use branded pens?

Yes, they work at reception, in guest rooms and for signing bills at the table. Guests often take them home, which spreads your name further. For other hospitality print, browse our menu printing service.
