Quick answers

What is a stretch snake stand?

It is a freestanding display where a printed fabric graphic is stretched over a winding frame, giving a curving shape instead of a flat panel. It is used at events, trade shows and in shops to make a brand stand out from the walls around it. Our exhibition graphics page shows how it fits into a wider stand.

How much is a stretch snake stand?

One stand starts at £233.52, based on the cheapest combination of print and contents. Four stands begin at £934.08. The configurator works out the live price as you set the Sides Printed, Includes and Quantity options, so check the total before adding to your cart. Compare it with the other stands in the display category.

Which frame does the snake stand use?

The frame is fixed as Rattle on this page, so there is no frame dropdown to choose from. Every order uses that same frame style. If you want a straight, curved or wave shaped wall instead, Stretch Fabric Display Stands offer those three frames in widths from 2.5m to 6m.

What does None mean in the Sides Printed dropdown?

Sides Printed has two settings: Single Sided, which prints your design on the fabric, and None, which means no print. None is there for buyers who want the stand without a printed design, for example a spare frame. If you are unsure which setting matches what you need, check with the team before ordering.

How quickly can a snake stand be ready?

Production typically takes around 5 working days. That is a usual figure rather than a fixed date, and delivery is added afterwards unless you collect in Manchester. If the stand is booked for a show, work back from the opening date. More help with exhibition timing is on our trade show display printing page.

Can I pick up my snake stand in Manchester?

Yes, collection is available from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. Delivery to any UK address is also offered, with the cost shown at checkout before you pay. Salford, Bury, Stockport and the other places we regularly serve are on the areas we cover page.

Can you create the artwork for my snake stand?

Yes. Choose the Professional artwork and design service at the artwork step, and a designer will build the graphic from your logo, text and images. If your file is already finished, the print-ready option adds nothing to the price. For staged events and photo walls, see our event backdrop printing service too.

Asked by buyers 22

Can I get a snake stand printed on both sides?

The Sides Printed dropdown only lists Single Sided and None, so double-sided printing is not offered as a standard option here. If both faces of the stand will be on view, ask for a price through Get a Quote and describe how the stand will be placed.

What is the difference between Graphic Only and Graphic and Frame?

Graphic and Frame is the full stand: the Rattle frame together with its printed fabric. Graphic Only is the printed fabric by itself, intended for a frame you already have. Pick the frame version for your first stand, then use Graphic Only whenever you want a new design for it.

How big is a stretch snake stand?

The page does not give the dimensions of the stand, and there is no size dropdown because the frame is fixed. If you need to know whether it fits your stand space, shop floor or reception, contact the team with the area you have available.

Can I order a snake stand in another shape or size?

Not from this page, as the frame is set to Rattle. For a flat, curved or wave shaped backdrop, look at the stretch fabric display range. If you need something tall and narrow instead, Totem Displays come in three set sizes with gloss or matt lamination.

Where do snake stands get used most?

They appear at events, trade shows and exhibitions, and in retail spaces where a business wants a display that does not look like a standard banner. Marketing agencies and event organisers often use them to give a client a distinctive presence. See our trade show display printing Manchester page for related products.

Can a snake stand be used inside our own premises?

Yes. Many companies keep one in a reception, showroom or office to show off their brand between events. As it stands on its own, it can move around as your space changes. For branding fixed to the walls instead, our wall graphics Manchester service covers office and retail murals.

What pairs well with a snake stand on an exhibition stand?

A counter at the front gives visitors somewhere to stop and talk. Stretch Fabric Counter Stands use the same printed fabric idea, so they look right next to the snake stand. Add a brochure holder at the side for your literature and keep the colour scheme the same throughout.

Can I take a snake stand outside?

The page presents snake stands for events, trade shows and retail spaces, and it does not describe them as outdoor displays. For something made to stand outside a venue, Teardrop Flags offer heights from 2.1m to 4.6m and a choice of water bases and ground spikes.

Can I change the design on my snake stand later?

Yes. Keep the frame and order a new printed fabric with Includes set to Graphic Only. That lets you refresh the stand for a new campaign, season or client without buying the whole display again. Upload the new artwork in the usual way at the artwork step.

How many snake stands can I buy at once?

The Quantity dropdown covers every number from 1 to 30. All stands on a line share the same print setting, contents and artwork, so put different designs on separate lines. For more than 30 stands, send the details through our quote form.

What do 10 snake stands cost?

On the cheapest combination of options, 10 snake stands cost from £2,335.20. Your Sides Printed and Includes choices set the actual total, and the configurator shows the live figure before you add anything to your cart. It is worth pricing a few quantities if you are planning stands for several venues.

Does choosing Graphic Only lower the price?

Switch the Includes dropdown between Graphic Only and Graphic and Frame to see the difference, as the live price updates instantly. Graphic Only leaves the frame out, so it suits a reprint for a stand you already own. More display products to budget alongside are in the roller banners and display range.

How should I prepare the artwork for a snake stand?

A print-ready PDF at the finished size of the graphic is the safest file. Because the frame curves, keep logos and main messages towards the parts that face the audience. The graphic size is not listed on the page, so ask for it through the contact page before you start designing.

What does the design service cost on a snake stand?

The Professional artwork and design service is +£36.00, chosen at the artwork step. It suits anyone who has a logo and a message but no designer to set up the large file. If you would like help with the whole stand, our exhibition graphics Manchester page explains what else we can do.

Can the snake stand match my roller banners?

Yes. Supply the same logo, colours and fonts as your existing displays, or share a previous file with the designer. A matching set looks more professional on a stand. You can also order new Roller Banners in the same checkout so everything arrives together.

How do I order a stretch snake stand?

Set the Sides Printed, Includes and Quantity dropdowns, and the price updates as you go. Next, choose to upload your own artwork or add the design service, put the stand in your cart and pay by card at checkout. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Other items can be added from the online shop.

Can an agency order snake stands for a client?

Yes. Order and pay in the normal way, using the client's print-ready artwork or the design service. Put each client's design on its own cart line so the files stay separate. If you regularly need display products for clients, the display category lists everything available to order online.

Who produces the stretch snake stands?

They are made to order in Manchester by WEB PRINT & SIGNS LIMITED, a print, signs and web company trading since 2003 that has helped over 20,000 UK businesses. You can call 0161 315 1151 or email hello@webprintsigns.co.uk. Find out more about Web Print Signs.

Do you deliver snake stands across the UK?

Yes, UK-wide delivery is available, and the cost is worked out at checkout before you pay. If you are near Manchester, collection is the other option. Towns we often deliver to around Greater Manchester, including Bolton and Bury, are listed on the areas we cover page.

Is collection quicker than waiting for delivery?

Collecting avoids the extra delivery time, so the stand is in your hands once production is finished. Collection is from the Bury New Road studio in Manchester. If you are setting up at a show in the region, collecting also lets you check every part before you head to the venue.

How far ahead should I order a snake stand for an event?

Allow around 5 working days for production, then add delivery or collection time, plus a few spare days for any artwork changes. Ordering as soon as your stand space is confirmed keeps the timing comfortable. For launches and award nights, our event backdrop page covers related work.

Is a snake stand worth it compared with a roller banner?

They do different jobs. A roller banner is a flat, tall panel that packs into its base, while a snake stand gives a curving fabric shape that stands out on a busy floor. Many stands use both. Our roller banner printing page explains the banner side of things.
