Clean, single-colour vector artwork works best, because engraving reproduces shapes rather than shades. Remove gradients, shadows and photos from the file. A black version of your logo on a white background is a good starting point to supply, as it shows exactly which areas should be marked.

If your logo only exists in colour or with gradients, the Professional artwork and design service at +£36.00 is worth adding. A designer prepares a clean one-tone version suited to engraving.
