Quick answers

What materials can custom sticker sheets be printed on?

You choose between White Polypropylene and Transparent Polypropylene in the Material dropdown. The standard setup on this page is Transparent Polypropylene with Gloss lamination. White gives your design a solid base, while clear lets the surface beneath show through around the artwork. For the wider picture, see our sticker printing Manchester page.

How much do custom sticker sheets cost?

The lowest live price is £172.85 for a quantity of 25, using the cheapest combination of size, material and finish. A quantity of 100 starts at £297.58. Every dropdown change updates the total on the page, so you see the exact price for your setup before checkout. For a run outside the listed quantities, ask for a quote.

How many stickers fit on each sheet?

The Number of stickers for Sheet dropdown offers 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 per sheet. Pick the figure that matches your layout and build the artwork around that count. If your design calls for a different number of shapes on one sheet, get in touch with the team before ordering.

What sheet sizes are available?

Six sizes are listed: A5 Portrait, A5 Landscape, A4 Portrait, A4 Landscape, A3 Portrait and A3 Landscape. Orientation matters, so set your artwork the same way round as the size you select. If you would rather pick from set sticker shapes such as circles and ovals, compare our Sticker Sheets.

How long do custom sticker sheets take to produce?

Production typically takes around 5 working days once your order and artwork are in. Treat that as a guide rather than a fixed date, and allow for delivery afterwards unless you are collecting. Working towards a launch or a market stall? Speak to us first so the timing can be talked through.

Which lamination should I choose for sticker sheets?

There are four finishes: Gloss lamination, Matt lamination, Soft Touch lamination and Labellife 3 anti-scratch varnish. Gloss gives a shiny surface and matt a flatter look. Soft Touch, as the name suggests, has a softer feel. The anti-scratch varnish is the one to consider for stickers that get handled often. Compare other products in the stickers, labels and vinyl range.

Can I collect custom sticker sheets in Manchester?

Yes, you can collect from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. UK delivery is also available, and the cost appears at checkout before you pay. Plenty of local retailers order sticker sheets alongside branded packaging, so see custom packaging boxes if you are sorting both at once.

When is Transparent Polypropylene the better choice?

Pick it when you want the surface behind the sticker to show around your design, for example on glass jars, clear packaging or windows. It is also the standard material on this page. If a clear sticker still needs solid areas of colour, look at the Printing white option too. Our window sticker printing page covers glass jobs in more depth.

What does the Printing white option do?

Printing white has two settings, None and Selective. Selective adds white ink beneath chosen parts of the design, which stops those colours looking see-through on a transparent sticker. On White Polypropylene you would normally leave it at None. Our Manchester sticker printing service page explains more about clear and white stickers.

What is mirrored printing used for?

Setting Mirrored printing to Yes flips your artwork as a mirror image. It is typically chosen for clear stickers that go on the inside of glass, so the design reads the right way from outside. Leave it on None for stickers applied face-up to packaging or products. For larger glazing jobs, our window graphics Manchester service may suit better.

Is Labellife 3 anti-scratch varnish a laminate?

It sits in the Lamination dropdown as an alternative finish, but it is a varnish rather than a laminate film. Choose it when the face of the sticker is likely to be rubbed or handled a lot. The other three choices are Gloss, Matt and Soft Touch lamination. If the stickers are going onto goods you sell, read our product label printing page.

Should I pick a portrait or landscape sheet?

Match the orientation to your artwork. A tall arrangement of stickers fits a portrait sheet, while a wide row of designs suits landscape. A5, A4 and A3 are each offered both ways round, so you are not forced into one shape. If you need vinyl far bigger than A3, look at Flexible Vinyl Adhesives instead.

Does a bigger sheet mean bigger stickers?

Not necessarily. Each sticker's size depends on the sheet size and on how many stickers share it. Ten stickers on an A3 sheet leave far more room per design than 50 on an A5 sheet. Plan both choices together before you lay out your file. For stickers made one per design at a set size, see our Sticker Sheets product.

Can each sticker on the sheet carry a different design?

The product page does not set a limit on designs per sheet, so ask the team if you plan to mix several artworks. As a rule, supply one artwork file showing the whole sheet exactly as it should print. That keeps the number of stickers in your file in line with the count you picked in the dropdown, and avoids gaps or crowding.

How does the price change as I order more?

The unit cost falls as the quantity rises. A quantity of 500 starts at £841.44, while 2000 starts at £2,353.10, both on the cheapest options. These are live figures, and the configurator shows the exact total for your chosen size, material and finish before you buy. You can compare other print formats in our full shop.

What quantities can I order?

The Quantity dropdown lists 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000. Choose the figure closest to your need, and the price refreshes as soon as you change it. For an in-between number or a run larger than the list allows, get a tailored quote with your details.

Should I start with a lower quantity to test a new design?

It is a sensible approach for a first batch. A run of 25 or 50 lets you check how the stickers look on your packaging before committing to hundreds. Once the design is settled, moving up to 250 or more brings the unit cost down. For labels supplied on rolls rather than sheets, see roll label printing.

What file should I send for my sticker sheet?

A print-ready PDF at the finished sheet size is the safest choice. Lay the stickers out as they should appear, using the count you selected in the dropdown. If your file is complete, pick the free print-ready artwork option. For any question about files or layout, contact the studio before you order.

Can you design the sticker sheet for me?

Yes. Choose Professional artwork and design service (+£36.00) as your artwork option, and a designer builds the sheet from your logo, wording and ideas. If your artwork is already finished, supplying it yourself is free. Starting without a logo? Our logo and brand refresh can sort that first.

Do I need to add cut lines to my artwork?

The product page does not list specific cut-line settings for this item. The safest route is a print-ready PDF at the finished size with each sticker clearly separated on the layout. If your shapes are intricate, call the team on 0161 315 1151 or message on WhatsApp at 07737 902425 to talk it through before ordering.

Can I order the same design in two different finishes?

Yes. Each finish is its own configuration, so add them as separate cart lines. Set the Lamination dropdown, add to cart, then change it and add again. That is a handy way to see gloss and matt side by side on your packaging. Browse the stickers and labels category for related items to add to the same order.

How do I place an order for custom sticker sheets?

Work through the dropdowns for size, material, lamination, mirrored printing, stickers per sheet, printing white and quantity. The price updates live as you go. Then pick an artwork option, add the item to your cart and pay by card at checkout. For a spec that the options don't cover, use Get a Quote.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Checkout runs through Stripe and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The sheets and any artwork service are paid in one transaction. Web Print & Signs has been trading since 2003 and has helped over 20,000 UK businesses, and you can read more about the company before placing your first order.

Do you send custom sticker sheets outside Manchester?

Yes, UK delivery is available, and the charge is worked out and shown at checkout. Greater Manchester towns such as Bolton, Stockport, Oldham and Rochdale are served too. Check the full list of areas we cover if you are based further afield and want to know which other services reach you.

Can sticker sheets go straight to my business address?

Yes. Enter the UK address you want at checkout and the delivery cost is shown there before you pay. Collecting from Bury New Road in Manchester is the alternative if you are nearby. If you are fitting out a new unit, our shop signs Manchester service can sit alongside your sticker order.

Are custom sticker sheets good for selling artwork?

Yes, artists and illustrators often sell sticker sheets alongside their prints. With 10 to 50 stickers per sheet you can build themed sets, such as a series of characters or a seasonal collection. White Polypropylene gives bold colour, while Transparent gives a clear look. To add prints to your stall, see Heavyweight Art Prints.

Can I use sticker sheets on product packaging?

Yes, they are a flexible way to seal, label or decorate packaging. Staff can peel a sticker off by hand as each order is packed, so there is no need for a labelling machine. Pair them with Custom Mailer Boxes to keep the branding consistent from box to seal.

Do sticker sheets work as event giveaways?

They do. A sheet carrying 20 or 30 branded designs is easy to hand out at stalls, open days and conferences, and it travels home flat in a bag. Choose a finish that suits the look of your stand. For the stand itself, our exhibition graphics Manchester page covers displays and backdrops.

How do custom sticker sheets compare with the other sticker products?

This page lets you set the sheet size, material, finish and stickers per sheet yourself. Sticker Sheets work from set shapes such as circles, ovals and rectangles in matt or gloss. For big vinyl prints for windows and walls, see Flexible Vinyl Adhesives. Pick by how much control you want over the layout.
