Quick answers

What sizes do fabric pop up stands come in?

Two formats are listed: 3 x 3 and 3 x 4. Each is offered as Graphic and Frame, for a complete stand, or Graphic Only, for when you already own a matching frame. The page does not give measurements in metres, so ask the team for the finished dimensions before you build your artwork.

Can I buy just the fabric graphic?

Yes. Choose 3 x 3 Graphic Only or 3 x 4 Graphic Only to order the printed fabric without a frame. This suits a rebrand or a new campaign on a frame you already have. Check that your frame matches the format, and if in doubt, describe it on the quote form before ordering.

How much is a fabric pop up display?

Prices start at £689.14 for one stand on the cheapest option. 2 stands start at £1,378.27. Switching between Graphic and Frame and Graphic Only, or between the two formats, changes the live total in the configurator. To compare with other stand types and budgets, browse the display range.

How long does a fabric pop up stand take?

Around 5 working days is the typical production time. It is a guide rather than a promise, so allow for delivery on top and leave a buffer before the show. If you are booked into an exhibition, our exhibition graphics page covers planning the rest of your space.

Is a fabric pop up stand easy to put up?

Yes, it is made to be assembled quickly at events. The page does not include step-by-step instructions, so if you want a walkthrough before your first show, call 0161 315 1151 and the team will talk you through it. For a display that pulls up from a single base, compare Roller Banners.

Can I collect my pop up stand?

Yes. Pop up stands can be picked up from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB, which is handy if you are heading straight to a show. Delivery to any UK address is also available, with the cost shown at checkout. For the towns near Manchester we serve, see areas we cover.

Can you design the graphic for my stand?

Yes. Add the Professional artwork and design service (+£36.00) at the artwork step, and the full backdrop layout is set up from your logo, imagery and key message. A large backdrop needs a clear order of importance so it reads from across a hall. If you already have artwork, upload it with the free option. See trade show display printing for more.

Asked by buyers 21

Should I pick 3 x 3 or 3 x 4?

The 3 x 4 format is the larger of the two, so it suits a wider space or more room for imagery, while 3 x 3 suits a tighter pitch. Measure the back wall of your booked space and ask the team for the finished dimensions of each before you choose. For extra visibility at the edge of the stand, add Teardrop Flags.

What does Graphic and Frame include?

It is the complete option: the printed fabric graphic plus the frame it attaches to. Whether a carry case or lighting comes with it is not stated on the page, so check with the team if you need either before your event.

Can I order a spare graphic for a second event?

Yes. Add a Graphic Only item in the same format to your order, so you can swap messages between shows using one frame. Each graphic needs its own artwork. For smaller event branding that travels with the stand, see Tablecloths.

Is the stand suitable for outdoor events?

The page presents it for trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events, which are mostly indoor settings, and it does not describe weather resistance. For outdoor branding, look at Feather Flags or Cafe Barriers instead, and keep the pop up stand for inside.

Can the stand be reused for future events?

Yes. The frame can be used again, and the Graphic Only options let you buy a new fabric print later for a fresh campaign without replacing the frame. That makes it a sensible choice if you exhibit several times a year. Compare it with Stretch Fabric Display Stands before deciding.

Where should I position a pop up stand?

At the back of your exhibition space, so it forms the backdrop behind your team and table. Leave a clear walkway in front, and keep the logo and headline above table height so they are not hidden. Add a table runner in matching colours.

How many stands can I buy at once?

You can order between 1 and 5 through the Quantity dropdown. For a larger rollout, such as matching stands for several regional offices or a touring roadshow, use Get a Quote with the format and numbers you need.

What does a set of 3 stands cost?

On the cheapest combination, 3 stands start at £2,067.41 and 5 start at £3,445.68. The actual figure depends on the format and whether you take the frame, and the configurator shows it live before checkout. For other trade show items to add to the same order, see the print shop.

Is Graphic Only cheaper than Graphic and Frame?

The live price updates when you switch options, so the quickest way to compare is to select each one on the product page. Graphic Only leaves out the frame, which makes it the natural choice when you already own one. For more large event print, see our event backdrop printing service.

What file do I need for a fabric backdrop?

A print-ready PDF at the full finished size of your format is the safest choice. Because the page does not list dimensions, get them from the team before you build the file. Use high-resolution images, as any softness shows on a large backdrop. For more on big prints, see large format printing.

What makes a good pop up stand design?

Keep it simple: logo near the top, one short headline and one strong image. Visitors walking past see the stand for a few seconds, so details belong in brochures rather than on the backdrop. Contact details can sit low or be left for the table. See brochure printing for take-away literature.

Can I reuse my roller banner artwork?

Not directly, because a backdrop is a different shape and size. The logo, images and messaging can carry over, but the layout needs rebuilding for the 3 x 3 or 3 x 4 format. The design service can adapt it for you. Keep the look consistent with your roller banner printing.

How do I order a pop up stand?

Choose the format in the Fabric Pop Up Stand Options dropdown, set the quantity and check the live price. Next, pick your artwork route, add the stand to your cart and pay at checkout through Stripe using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Questions before you buy? Use the contact page.

Can I order a stand on behalf of a client?

Yes. Agencies and event organisers can order for clients in the same way: pick the format, supply the client's print-ready artwork or choose the design service, and pay at checkout. For wider event packages including signs and graphics, see our services.

Can the stand be delivered straight to an exhibition?

UK delivery is available, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. For a venue address, confirm with the organiser when and how they accept deliveries, then enter it at checkout. Collection from Manchester is the other option. Find out more about the studio.

Should I allow extra time before a show?

Yes. Production typically takes around 5 working days, and delivery comes after that. A buffer means you can put the stand up once before the show day to check everything looks right. If your timing is tight, phone 0161 315 1151 before ordering so the team can advise.

Is a pop up stand good for corporate events?

Yes, it makes a clean backdrop for product launches, awards nights, conferences and press calls, and any photos taken in front of it carry your branding. For lobbies and breakout areas at the same event, add Totem Displays.

Can I use the stand as a photo backdrop?

Yes. A large printed backdrop works well as a photo wall at launches, awards and parties, and a repeating logo pattern sits nicely behind people posing for pictures. For video work against a plain colour, see the Green Screen Backdrop.

Does a pop up stand suit large exhibition halls?

Yes, it suits big venues such as Manchester Central as well as hotel conference rooms. Check the organiser's rules on stand height and space before choosing a format. For the front of your stand, a Stretch Fabric Counter Stand gives you a branded counter.

What else do I need for a complete exhibition stand?

A backdrop, a counter or table with a printed cover, somewhere for brochures and something tall at the edge cover most needs. See Customisable Cardboard Brochure Stands for literature, and plan the counter and flags around the backdrop colours.

Is a pop up stand worth it for one show a year?

If you exhibit even once or twice a year, a reusable frame spreads the cost, and Graphic Only lets you refresh the message later. If you only need something for a single day, a simpler stand may do. Our trade show display page covers other stand options.
