Quick answers

What exactly is the EU Stamp?

It is a custom ink stamp, made to order with the wording or logo you supply. You choose the Stamp Style, one of seven sizes, an engraving colour and a quantity, and the page prices that combination live. It sits in the business stationery range, next to letterheads, envelopes and compliment slips for the same office.

How much does an EU Stamp cost?

A single stamp starts at £26.06 on the cheapest combination of style, size and colour. Bigger orders bring the cost per stamp down, and 10 stamps start at £105.58. Each dropdown changes the total, and the configurator shows the live price for your exact choice. For more than 500 stamps, ask for a quote.

Which stamp styles are on offer?

Eight styles are listed: Self-Inking, ANZS Self-Inking, Green Line, ANZS Signature, ANZS Pocket, Round, Pocket and Signature. Pick the style before the size, as the two work together in the price. If you are unsure which one suits your desk or your team, talk to the team before you order.

What sizes can the stamp be made in?

The Size dropdown gives 1.42 x 0.47 in, 2.24 x 0.83 in, 2.64 x 1.10 in and 4.5 x 2.75 in, plus three single measurements: 1.63 in, 0.59 in and 0.39 in. Measure the space on your forms or labels where the impression will land. For a size that is not listed, request a custom price.

How long does an EU Stamp take to make?

Allow around 6 working days for production. That is a typical figure rather than a fixed date, and delivery time comes on top unless you collect. Stamps can be sent anywhere in the UK, and the towns we serve directly are listed on our areas we cover page.

What engraving colours can I choose?

The colour dropdown lists three codes: #015294, a deep blue; #000000, black; and #ca213c, a red. If your brand already uses one of these shades, picking it keeps the stamp in line with the rest of your paperwork. Our corporate stationery page covers matching sets for an office.

Can I collect my stamps in Manchester?

Yes. Collection is available from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. If you would rather have them sent, UK delivery is offered and the cost appears at checkout before you pay. While you are ordering, the online print shop lists other office items to pick up on the same visit.

Asked by buyers 22

Do the ANZS styles differ from the standard ones?

The dropdown lists ANZS Self-Inking, ANZS Signature and ANZS Pocket next to Self-Inking, Signature and Pocket. The page does not spell out what separates each pair, so if the distinction matters for your order, ask the team and they can explain it before you add anything to your cart.

Is there a round stamp?

Yes, Round is one of the eight styles. The single measurements in the Size dropdown, 1.63 in, 0.59 in and 0.39 in, sit alongside the rectangular sizes, so check which one fits a circular design before checking out. For a printed circular mark on packaging rather than an inked one, see our sticker printing service.

Which size suits a return address or a short line of text?

The narrow 1.42 x 0.47 in and 2.24 x 0.83 in sizes work best with one or two lines, such as a company name or a short note. The larger 2.64 x 1.10 in and 4.5 x 2.75 in give room for an address block or a logo with wording. For printed alternatives that carry your address, see Envelopes.

Can I mix stamp styles in one order?

Each line in the cart carries one style, size and colour. To get a Pocket stamp for a field rep and a Self-Inking one for reception, configure and add each separately, then pay for both together at checkout. The Quantity dropdown applies to each style you add, so you can order two of one and ten of another.

Can I have two colours on one stamp?

The colour dropdown takes a single choice per stamp, from #015294, #000000 or #ca213c. For a design that needs several colours at once, a printed item is the better route, such as labels from our packaging label printing service. You can still order stamps in different colours as separate cart lines.

What wording do I need on an EU stamp for export paperwork?

That depends on the goods and the documents involved, and it is something to confirm with your customs agent or freight forwarder before you set the text. The stamp reproduces the wording you supply, so get the exact lines agreed first and then choose a size with enough room for them.

Can the stamp carry my logo?

Yes, if you supply it as artwork. A clean, high-contrast logo reads best at the smaller sizes, since fine detail is hard to see in a tiny ink impression. If your logo needs simplifying for a stamp, the Professional artwork and design service (+£36.00) can rework it. A full refresh of the logo itself is covered by Logo and Brand Refresh.

What file should I send for the stamp?

A print-ready PDF set up at the finished stamp size is the safest choice, with the design in one solid colour. Keep lines and lettering bold enough to read at sizes such as 0.59 in. If you are unsure whether your file will work at the size you picked, send a message through the contact page.

Do I pay extra to supply my own artwork?

No. The Print-ready option, where you supply your own artwork, carries no charge. The only artwork cost on this page is the Professional artwork and design service at +£36.00, which you add only if you want the layout prepared for you. Our business cards page shows how one layout can carry across your stationery.

How many stamps can I order at once?

The Quantity dropdown runs from 1 to 10 one at a time, then 15, 20, 25, 50 and 100, and climbs in steps to 500. That covers a single stamp for one desk or a set for every member of a large team. For a quantity above 500, request a price through Get a Quote.

What do 25 stamps cost?

On the cheapest combination of options, 25 stamps come to £240.74 and 50 come to £465.98. Your chosen style, size and colour set the actual total, and the configurator shows it live before you add to cart. A matching run of Letterheads can be priced on its own page.

Does the price per stamp drop on bigger orders?

Yes. On the cheapest options, 2 stamps start at £33.50 while 100 start at £916.49, so each stamp costs less as the order grows. Change the Quantity dropdown and watch the total to find the point that suits your budget. Other office items in the stationery range are priced the same live way.

How do I order a stamp?

Choose the Size, the engraving colour, the Stamp Style and the Quantity. The price refreshes with each choice. Next pick your artwork option, add the stamp to your cart and pay by card at checkout through Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Further items can be added from the print shop first.

Who makes the stamps?

WEB PRINT & SIGNS LIMITED, a Manchester print, signs and web company trading since 2003. You can call 0161 315 1151, message on WhatsApp at 07737 902425 or email hello@webprintsigns.co.uk. The same team handles signs, vehicle graphics and websites. Read more about Web Print Signs.

Can stamps be sent anywhere in the UK?

Yes. UK delivery is available, and its cost is worked out and shown at checkout. If you are near Manchester, you can collect from the Bury New Road studio instead and skip the wait for a parcel. Towns we work in regularly are listed under areas we cover.

When will my stamps be ready to collect?

Production typically takes around 6 working days from your order. Collection is from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. If timing matters for a shipment or a new member of staff, mention the date when you get in touch so it can be checked against the queue.

What can I use a custom stamp for?

Stamps suit any repeat marking job: a company name on delivery notes, a received or paid mark on invoices, a return address on parcels, or a short line on outgoing paperwork. One stamp saves writing the same details by hand dozens of times a day. For paperwork that needs copies, see Carbonless (NCR) Sets.

Is a stamp useful alongside duplicate books?

Yes. A stamp is a quick way to mark each completed form with your business name or a status such as paid or received. That keeps handwritten paperwork consistent across the team. The Carbonless (NCR) Books page lists the book sizes and part counts if you need the books too.

Can a stamp brand packaging or bags?

It can mark plain card, kraft or paper surfaces with your logo or name, which suits a short run of handmade packs. For a full-colour finish across a larger run, compare Printed Paper Bags or our custom packaging boxes service.

Would a stamp work for a loyalty scheme?

Yes. A compact size, such as 0.39 in or 0.59 in, can mark a card each time a customer visits or buys. Pair it with printed cards from our loyalty card printing service so the stamp and the card design match.

Can I give stamps to staff working away from the office?

Yes. Look at the Pocket and ANZS Pocket styles in the dropdown, and ask the team for their dimensions if size matters. You can order anything from 1 up to 500, so each person marks their paperwork the same way on site. For site paperwork itself, add Carbonless (NCR) Pads.

Is the stamp only for EU trade?

No. The product is named EU Stamp, but it reproduces whatever wording you supply, so it works just as well for UK paperwork, office post or stock rooms. Pick the style and size first, then supply the text. Other everyday office items are in the stationery category.
