Quick answers

Which paper should I choose for my flyers?

There are 13 stocks, from 90gsm Premium Smooth White Paper up to 450gsm Art Board Silk Finish. Lighter papers such as 90gsm, 120gsm and 130gsm suit big letterbox drops, while 350gsm Art Board Silk Finish, the standard specification, feels more like a card. For advice on paper choice for mailings, see our direct mail flyers service.

How much does flyer printing cost?

Flyers start at £28.97 for 25 on the cheapest combination of options. On the same basis 1000 come to £38.14 and 5000 to £53.30. Size, paper, sides and lamination all change the figure, and the configurator shows the live price as you go. For a size or stock not listed, use Get a Quote.

How quickly can flyers be printed?

Flyers typically take around 2 working days to produce. That is a usual figure rather than a fixed promise, and delivery time is added if you are not collecting. If you are working to a specific event date, let the team know before you order.

What flyer sizes can I order?

Nine sizes are listed: A7, A6, A5, A4, A3, 1/3 A4 (DL) and three squares at 105mm x 105mm, 148mm x 148mm and 210mm x 210mm. A5 and A6 are the usual handout sizes, while A4 and A3 suit fuller layouts. More local guidance is on our flyer printing Manchester page.

Can I get laminated flyers?

Yes. The Lamination dropdown offers Both Sides (Gloss), Both Sides (Matt) and Both Sides (Soft Touch), or None. Each laminated choice covers the front and back. For a product built specifically around a laminated finish, compare Laminated Flyers.

Can I collect flyers from your Manchester studio?

Yes, orders can be collected from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. UK delivery is also available, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You can see the towns we regularly serve on the areas we cover page.

What is the difference between flyers and folded leaflets?

Flyers on this page are single flat sheets, printed on one or both sides. If you need panels that fold, such as a 4pp or 6pp layout for a menu or guide, the Folded Leaflets page offers a wide range of folds on similar papers.

When is 90gsm Premium Smooth White Paper the right choice?

90gsm is the lightest stock on the list, which makes it a practical pick for very large distributions where you are posting thousands through letterboxes or inserting into newspapers. It is a paper weight rather than a card. For planning a big local drop, see our leaflet printing Manchester page.

Should I choose Gloss or Silk art paper?

Both come at several weights: 130gsm, 170gsm and 250gsm in Gloss and Silk, plus 350gsm and 450gsm Art Board in Silk. Gloss is the shinier finish and Silk is smoother with less shine. If you want neither, an uncoated sheet is another route; see Uncoated Flyers.

Is there a recycled paper option?

Yes, 350gsm Recycled Uncoated is one of the 13 stocks in the Paper Type dropdown. Pick it in place of the art papers if a recycled sheet suits your brand. A dedicated product with its own options is on the Recycled Flyers page.

What is the heaviest flyer stock?

450gsm Art Board Silk Finish is the heaviest option here, a step up from the 350gsm standard. It suits flyers that double as a keep-hold card, such as a price list or appointment card. If you want something in a postcard format instead, see Postcards.

What are the Premium Smooth White Paper options?

Premium Smooth White Paper is listed at 90gsm, 120gsm, 170gsm and 300gsm. It is a plain white sheet rather than a silk or gloss art paper. If you would like a more distinctive stock such as Pearl or Brown Kraft, look at Creative Material Flyers.

What does Soft Touch lamination feel like?

Soft Touch gives a smooth, velvety matt surface, applied here to both sides of the flyer. It is often used when the flyer should feel premium, such as for salons, boutiques or property launches. The same finish is a favourite on luxury business cards.

Is lamination worth it for exhibition handouts?

Lamination adds a coated layer to both faces, which many exhibitors like for flyers that are picked up, carried around and passed on. Gloss, Matt and Soft Touch are all available. If you are also planning stand graphics, our exhibition graphics team can help with the rest of the stand.

Can I order A3 flyers?

Yes, A3 is in the Size dropdown, making it the largest flyer on this page. It works for notices, event line-ups and window displays where an A4 would be lost. If you need a heavier poster for longer display, see Indoor Posters.

Is DL a good size for flyers in racks?

Yes. 1/3 A4 (DL) is a tall, narrow size that fits leaflet racks and display holders well, and it slips into letters too. Tourism, hospitality and health services use it a lot. For a stand that holds them on a counter, look at Customisable Cardboard Brochure Stands.

Should I go for A5 or A6 flyers?

A6 is pocket-sized and good for handouts, vouchers and bag drops. A5 gives you twice the space, so it suits offers that need a short list, prices or a map. If you want something sent through the post on its own, compare them with our postcard printing service.

What quantities of flyers can I order?

The dropdown starts at 25 and goes up to 100000, with steps such as 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 and 10000 along the way. Above 15000 it rises in 5000s. For an unusual number or a run beyond 100000, request a custom quote.

How much do 100000 flyers cost?

On the cheapest combination of options, 100000 flyers come to £576.89. Choosing a heavier stock, double sided print or lamination will raise that, and the configurator shows the live price before you add to cart. Use the figure as a starting point for budgeting a large run.

Do bigger runs bring down the cost per flyer?

Generally yes, as the total rises much more slowly than the quantity. The quickest way to see it for your options is to set size, paper and sides, then compare a few quantities in the configurator. Anything else you need can go in the same basket from the print shop.

What artwork format should I send for flyers?

A print-ready PDF made at the finished size you ordered, such as A5 or 148mm x 148mm, is the safest choice. Keep wording and logos clear of the edges. Send the back as a second page if you are printing double sided. If you are stuck setting up the file, get help from the studio.

Can you design my flyer?

Yes. Choose the Professional artwork and design service (+£36.00) at the artwork step, and a designer creates the flyer from your logo, photos and text. If you already have print-ready artwork, uploading it is free. Matching business cards help keep your branding consistent.

Can I print several flyer designs in one order?

Yes. Add each design to your cart as a separate item with its own options and artwork. That is useful when you want to test two offers or run different versions for different areas. Other flyer formats you might mix in are in the flyers and leaflets category.

How do I order flyers on the website?

Pick Size, Paper Type, Sides Printed, Lamination and Quantity, and the total updates as you choose. Then select your artwork option, add the flyers to your cart and pay by card at checkout through Stripe, with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. Our Manchester flyer page covers planning tips.

Who prints the flyers?

Your flyers are produced in Manchester by WEB PRINT & SIGNS LIMITED, a print, signs and web company that has been trading since 2003 and has helped over 20,000 UK businesses. Call 0161 315 1151 or email hello@webprintsigns.co.uk with any question. Read more about Web Print Signs.

Can I get flyers in time for this weekend?

Production is typically around 2 working days, so it depends on when you order and whether you collect or need delivery. Collecting from our Manchester studio removes the delivery wait. If you are working to a close date, call or message the team before ordering.

Can flyers be delivered straight to an event venue?

Yes, enter the venue as the delivery address at checkout, where the UK delivery cost is shown before you pay. Make sure someone at the venue knows to expect the parcel. If you also need a printed backdrop for the stage or photo area, see our event backdrop printing service.

Are flyers good for promoting club nights and gigs?

Yes, they remain a staple for nights out, gigs and festivals, handed out in queues and left in bars and shops. A6 on 350gsm Art Board Silk Finish is a common choice. For the venue entrance or a stall, a Roller Banner with the same artwork pulls the campaign together.

How can restaurants use flyers?

Restaurants and takeaways use flyers for delivery menus, set-menu offers, new opening hours and loyalty deals, dropped through local doors or placed in bags. A double sided A5 has room for a short menu. For a full sit-down menu, see our menu printing Manchester service.

Can flyers send people to my website?

Yes, add your web address or a QR code so people can book, order or find out more straight from the flyer. It works best when the page they land on matches the offer. If your site needs work first, our web design Manchester team can help.
