Flat & Creased Leaflets

They are long flat sheets 210mm deep, used for leaflets with several panels side by side, such as a Z or roll crease. Choose the width that fits the panel layout you have planned. If you need a width that is not listed, put your measurements on the custom quote form.

A3 Landscape is the largest flat sheet listed. It pairs with the larger crease options, such as Z Creased to 6pp 1/3 A3, Roll Creased to 6pp 1/3 A3 and Z Creased to 8pp 1/4 A3, giving you more room for maps, menus or timetables. Other formats are listed in the flyers and leaflets category.

The standard specification is Single Sided, but most multi-panel leaflets use both sides so the inside and outside panels each carry content. The Quantity dropdown runs from 50 up to 100000, with steps such as 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 and then every 5000 above 15000. That covers everything from a single event to a city-wide distribution. If your number falls between steps, request it through a tailored quote.

On the cheapest combination of options, 100000 leaflets come to £8,099.38. Your own size, paper, sides and crease style will change that, and the configurator displays the live price before you add anything to the cart. Treat that figure as the starting point for a run of that size.

The price updates every time you change a dropdown, including Folding, so you can compare a single crease with a Z or gate crease for your size and quantity before committing. The total once everything is set is what you pay. Other print can be added from the print shop in the same order.

Build the artwork as the full flat sheet at the size you selected, with each panel in the position it will sit once folded. A print-ready PDF is the safest format. Keep text clear of the crease lines and trimmed edges. If you want a template or a second opinion on panel order, contact the team.

It depends on the crease style. On a single crease the cover is the right-hand half of the outside; on Z and roll creases it is one of the end panels. Mark the cover clearly when you build the file, or choose the design service so it is set up for you. Our brochure printing page explains page order further.
