Quick answers

What lamination comes on Folded & Laminated Leaflets?

Every leaflet on this page is laminated, and you choose between Both Sides (Gloss) and Both Sides (Matt). Gloss lamination is the standard specification. There is no unlaminated option here, so if you want a folded leaflet without lamination, go to Folded Leaflets instead.

How much are folded and laminated leaflets?

They start at £121.37 for 50 on the cheapest combination of size, paper, fold and lamination. On that same basis 500 come to £315.26 and 1000 to £522.94. The configurator shows the live price for your own choices. For more than 2000, or a size that is not listed, use Get a Quote.

How long do folded and laminated leaflets take?

Production typically takes around 5 working days. Use that as a guide, not a fixed date, and allow for delivery if you are not collecting. If the leaflets are needed for a menu launch, an event or a trade show, check the timing with us before ordering.

Which folds can I choose?

The Folding dropdown has ten options: Folded to 4pp A5, Folded to 4pp A4, Folded to 105mm x 297mm, Folded to 148.5mm x 420mm, Gate Folded to A5, Gate Folded to A4, plus Z Folded and Roll Folded versions to 6pp 1/3 A4 and 6pp 1/3 A3. Our brochure printing page covers longer documents.

What sizes do these leaflets come in?

The Size dropdown has two flat sheet sizes, A4 and A3. The fold you choose then sets the finished size, for example an A4 sheet folded to 4pp A5, or an A3 sheet Z folded to 6pp 1/3 A3. For flat or unlaminated formats, browse the flyers and leaflets category.

Which paper should I pick under the lamination?

There are three stocks: 250gsm Art Paper Silk Finish, which is the standard, 250gsm Art Paper Gloss Finish and 350gsm Art Board Silk Finish. The 350gsm board is the heaviest and suits menus that are handled at every table. More hospitality options are on our menu printing Manchester page.

Can I collect laminated leaflets from Manchester?

Yes, collection is from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. If you would prefer delivery, it is available across the UK and the cost appears at checkout. The towns and areas we serve are listed on areas we cover.

How do I decide between Gloss and Matt lamination?

Both Sides (Gloss) gives a shiny surface, while Both Sides (Matt) gives a flatter, non-shiny look that some brands find more understated. Pick the one that suits your design. For a single flat sheet with lamination, see Laminated Flyers.

Is 350gsm Art Board Silk Finish a good base for a laminated menu?

Yes, it is the heaviest of the three papers, so it gives the folded menu the most body under the lamination. Many cafés pair it with Both Sides (Matt). If your menus face spills and wiping all day, Waterproof Menus are another route to compare.

Does the paper finish matter once it is laminated?

The lamination becomes the surface people touch, but you still choose the stock underneath: 250gsm Silk, 250gsm Gloss or 350gsm Art Board Silk. Weight is the bigger difference between them. If you want a heavier creased sheet without lamination, see Flat & Creased Leaflets.

Why pick these over standard folded leaflets?

Choose this product when the leaflet will be handled again and again, such as a table menu, a product guide or a programme passed around a venue. Lamination on both sides adds protection and a premium feel. For one-off handouts on lighter paper, Folded Leaflets offer many more folds and quantities.

What is the Folded to 148.5mm x 420mm option?

It folds an A3 sheet in half along its length, giving a tall, slim leaflet of 148.5mm x 420mm. That shape suits running orders, drinks lists and long timetables. For event stationery that goes with it, our event ticket printing service covers tickets and passes.

What is Folded to 105mm x 297mm used for?

It folds an A4 sheet lengthways into a narrow 105mm x 297mm leaflet, a slim size that sits neatly in display holders. It suits price lists, service menus and drinks lists. To show them off on a counter, look at Customisable Cardboard Brochure Stands.

What is the difference between Gate Folded to A4 and Gate Folded to A5?

Both open like a pair of doors, with the outer panels folding in to meet in the middle. Gate Folded to A5 gives an A5 finished leaflet, while Gate Folded to A4 starts from the A3 sheet and finishes at A4. The reveal suits launch invitations and special menus; see our invitation printing page for ideas.

Should I choose a roll fold or a Z fold?

Both give 6 panels, at 1/3 A4 or 1/3 A3. A Z fold opens like a concertina, so a reader can see several panels at once, while a roll fold tucks each panel inside the next for a story that unfolds in order. More format advice is on our leaflet printing Manchester page.

What quantities can I order?

The Quantity dropdown runs 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 1000 and 2000. That covers a menu reprint for one venue through to a run for a chain or a large event. For more than 2000, or a number between steps, request a custom quote.

What is the price of 2000 folded and laminated leaflets?

On the cheapest combination of options, 2000 leaflets come to £885.19. Your size, paper, fold and lamination choices will move that figure, and the configurator shows the live total before you add to cart. Use it as the starting point when budgeting a larger run.

Does Matt lamination cost more than Gloss?

The quickest way to find out is to switch the Lamination dropdown between Both Sides (Gloss) and Both Sides (Matt) with your other options set, as the price refreshes each time. The total shown is what you pay at checkout. Anything else you need can come from the print shop in the same order.

How should I prepare artwork for a folded laminated leaflet?

Supply the whole flat sheet, A4 or A3, as a print-ready PDF with each panel placed where it will sit after folding. Keep text clear of the fold lines and trimmed edges. If you would like help working out the panel order for a gate, roll or Z fold, ask the studio.

Can you design the leaflet for me?

Yes. Choose the Professional artwork and design service (+£36.00) at the artwork step and a designer lays out the panels from your text, photos and logo. Providing your own print-ready file costs nothing extra. You can read more about Web Print Signs and the design work we take on.

Are both sides of the sheet printed?

This product has no Sides Printed dropdown, unlike the flyer pages, and the description does not state the print sides. As a folded leaflet normally needs content inside and out, confirm the setup for your layout with the team before ordering.

How do I order Folded & Laminated Leaflets?

Choose Size, Paper Type, Folding, Lamination and Quantity, and the total updates after each choice. Then pick your artwork option, add the leaflets to your cart and pay by card at checkout through Stripe, with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. Browse the print shop if you need anything else.

Can I order a lunch menu and a dinner menu together?

Yes. Configure the first menu and add it to your cart, then set up the second with its own fold, quantity and artwork. Each version is priced on its own options. For a creased menu card that is not laminated, compare Creased Menus.

Do you deliver laminated leaflets across the UK?

Yes, they can be sent anywhere in the UK, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. The leaflets are produced in Manchester by WEB PRINT & SIGNS LIMITED, trading since 2003. Find out more about Web Print Signs.

What should I do before collecting my order?

Allow around 5 working days for production, then ring 0161 315 1151 or message on WhatsApp at 07737 902425 to make sure the order is ready. Collection is from Unit 3, 116 Bury New Road, Manchester M8 8EB. Local customers can find more on our flyer printing Manchester page.

Are these leaflets suitable for takeaway and restaurant menus?

Yes, they are one of the most common uses. A 4pp A4 or gate folded menu on 350gsm Art Board Silk Finish works for dine-in tables, while a roll folded 1/3 A4 suits a takeaway counter. For the tables themselves, Paper Placemats can carry the same branding.

Can salons and clinics use laminated leaflets as price guides?

Yes. A laminated 6pp or 4pp leaflet works as a treatment or service guide that sits at reception and gets picked up all day. Pair it with counter signage so customers know it is there. Our point of sale printing service covers that.

Can I use them for a wedding order of service?

Yes. A gate fold or a 4pp A5 leaflet makes a tidy order of service or programme, and the lamination keeps it looking good through a long day. If you are planning the full set of stationery, see Invitations for the matching cards.

Do hotels use folded and laminated leaflets?

Yes, for room guides, room service menus and local information that is left in each room for guests to read. The tall 105mm x 297mm fold fits neatly on a desk or bedside table. For short messages on tables, Tent Cards sit well alongside them.
