Pick from Premium Matte, Kraft or Linen. Premium Matte is the standard specification and gives a clean, smooth base for colour printing. Kraft has a brown, natural look that suits handmade and eco-minded brands, while Linen has a woven texture. If you want metallic foil on the tag instead, see Foiled Swing Tags.

What sizes and shapes can I choose?

Four sizes are listed: 50mm x 50mm, 50mm x 75mm, 50mm x 90mm and 65mm x 65mm. The Tag Style dropdown then offers Rounded Corners, Square Cut Corners, Diagonal Cut Corners or Circle. For a size outside that list, send your measurements through Get a Quote.

Swing tags start at £56.16 for 25 on the cheapest combination of options. At 1000 tags the cheapest combination is £143.95, so the price per tag drops a long way on bigger runs. Which swing tag size suits clothing?

For garments, 50mm x 90mm gives a tall face with space for a logo on top and size or price lower down. The 50mm x 75mm is a little more compact. The square 50mm x 50mm and 65mm x 65mm sizes suit logo-only tags or accessories. Print a paper mock-up at true size and hold it against a garment before ordering.

What does the Circle tag style look like on a product?

Circle gives a round tag, which reads as softer and more playful than a rectangle. It works well for candles, baked goods, gifts and children's products, and for logos that are already round. Choose one of the square sizes, 50mm x 50mm or 65mm x 65mm, for the most balanced result.

Why choose Diagonal Cut Corners?

Diagonal Cut Corners clip the top corners of the tag, giving the classic luggage-label shape that many fashion and vintage brands use. Square Cut Corners keep a sharp rectangle, and Rounded Corners soften it. The shape shows on every product on the rail, so pick the one that matches your brand look.

Do swing tags come with a hole or string attached?

The product options cover size, material, sides, tag style and quantity, and the finishing is fixed at None. A hole, eyelet or string is not listed. If you need tags ready to hang, ask about attachments before ordering so you know what will arrive.

Is Kraft a good choice for an eco-friendly brand?

When should I pick Linen over Premium Matte?

Can swing tags have a laminate or foil added?

This product has no finishing added, so tags are printed on the chosen material without lamination. For a soft touch laminate and metallic foil in gold, silver, copper, red or green, move to Foiled Swing Tags, which are made on 400gsm Art Board Silk Finish.

What is the minimum order for swing tags?

You can order as few as 25 tags. That suits a new product, a market stall trial or a short handmade run. The next steps are 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250, then 500, 750 and 1000. Check the live price at each quantity because the cost per tag falls as the run grows. Larger runs can be priced through Get a Quote.

Is 750 tags much more than 500?

What information belongs on the back of a swing tag?

With Double Sided printing, the back is the place for price, size, fabric content, care instructions or a short brand story. Keep the front for the logo so it reads from a distance on the rail. Leave a clear area if you plan to write prices by hand, or use separate printed price tags.
