Van Livery Removal Sale

Sale has a lot of tradespeople and home-based businesses whose van doubles as their shop window. When that van is sold, swapped or handed back, the branding has to come off cleanly. We remove livery, lettering and wraps, clear all the adhesive and leave the panels clean, often working right there on your drive.

Sale businesses that run on a van

Plumbers, electricians, gardeners, cleaners, mobile hairdressers and dog groomers based at home in Sale all depend on a lettered van to be seen around the neighbourhood. Shops and cafes around School Road and The Square use vans for deliveries and events. Each will eventually change vehicles or rebrand.

A sold van that still carries your phone number keeps you linked to a vehicle you no longer control, and adhesive left on a lease van usually leads to a charge. Removing graphics properly avoids both. The method is described on our van livery removal Manchester page.

Working on your drive

Many Sale homes have a driveway with room to work around a van, which makes the job simple: we come to you, and the van does not need to go anywhere. If the van is parked on the road or space is tight, it can be brought to our office in M8 by arrangement.

Sale is roughly 30 to 35 minutes from our office via the A56 or the M60, depending on traffic. For a quote, send photos of each side, the back and the front, a close-up of the oldest graphic, and the make and model.

Small businesses changing vans

For a sole trader, the van is often the main advert, so changing vehicles means moving the branding from old to new. The neatest way is to strip the outgoing van and letter the new one on the same visit. You are never without a branded van for long, and both jobs are done at your home if there is room.

Small vans and car-derived vans are popular with home-based businesses. Their panels are smaller and more curved than a large van, so graphics are removed in shorter sections. Lettering on sliding doors and around handles is cleared properly, because those are the bits a buyer notices first.

If you are rebranding, new lettering can be designed to suit the replacement van with our vehicle lettering service, or a fuller design with van graphics.

Mobile businesses such as groomers and hairdressers sometimes have a converted van with windows, vents and fitted equipment. We take extra care around these, especially where vinyl is tucked behind seals.

What do customers ask before ordering?

Can you remove the graphics on my drive in Sale?

Yes, if there is room to work safely around the van. If not, it can come to our office in M8 by arrangement.

Can you letter my new van in the same visit?

Yes. Removal and new lettering can be booked together.

Will the paint be damaged?

Factory paint is left as it was. Resprayed or flaking paint can lift, and we point it out first.

Could I see where the lettering was?

On older vans a faint outline can show where the paint faded. The glue is always removed, and we tell you in advance if an outline is likely.

How long will it take?

It depends on the amount and age of the vinyl. We give you a realistic time with the quote.

Do you remove magnetic signs?

Yes. They lift off, and we clean the panel underneath.
