Salford vans that need de-branding

Salford’s businesses range from trades working across the city and hospitality around Chapel Street and Greengate to media and events companies near MediaCityUK and start-ups linked to the university. Many use vans for kit, deliveries and events, often wrapped in bold graphics. When the van is sold, a lease ends or the business rebrands, the graphics have to come off cleanly.

Graphics left on a sold vehicle keep your name on the road without your control, and adhesive left on a lease return usually brings a charge. Our van livery removal Manchester page describes how we avoid both.

Ten to twenty minutes away

Depending on which part of Salford you are in, our office is roughly 10 to 20 minutes away by road. That makes bringing a van to us in M8 by arrangement very easy, and we can also come to your premises if there is safe space to work around the vehicle.

For a fixed quote, send photos of each side, the back and the front, plus a close-up of the oldest graphic, along with the make and model.

Events and production vans

Events, production and hospitality businesses often have vans with full printed wraps showing a brand, a show or a campaign. When the campaign ends or the van moves on, the wrap needs to come off. Printed wraps cover large areas and are stretched over curves, so they are removed in sections with steady, gentle heat. The laminate on top can separate from the print on older wraps, and we deal with both layers.

Because we are so close, we can often fit removal around your schedule: a van dropped off after an event and collected when it is done, or a quick visit to your premises between jobs. Tell us when the van is free and we will work to that.

Trade vans with cut lettering are usually quicker. Lettering that has been on for years takes more patience than new vinyl, and we tell you how long to expect when we quote.

If the van is getting new graphics, they can go on in the same booking using van wraps or van graphics.

What do customers ask before ordering?

Can I drop a van at your office from Salford?

Yes. We are just across the Irwell, and drop-offs can be arranged in advance.

Can you remove a campaign wrap after an event?

Yes. We can book the removal for when the van is free and work around your schedule.

Will the paint be damaged?

Factory paint is left intact. Resprayed or flaking paint can lift, and we point it out from the photos.

Could an outline of the old graphics show?

On older vans, the covered paint can look slightly different from the rest. The glue is always removed, and we warn you in advance.

Can you work on a lease return deadline?

Yes. Tell us the return date and we book the removal with time to spare.

Do you remove graphics from cars too?

Yes. Cars are done the same way, in shorter sections.
