Totem panels and multi-tenant signs
On a shared totem, each tenant’s panel is usually a separate face slotted into the frame. When a unit changes hands, only that panel needs to change, but it has to sit neatly alongside the others. We match the panel size, background colour and lettering style to the rest of the totem where the landlord has a standard, so the sign still reads as one.
