Measuring

Totems and tenant panels

On a shared totem, each tenant has a panel that slides into the frame. When one changes, the new panel should match the rest: same size, same background, similar lettering height. Otherwise the totem looks patched together. We measure the slot, check any style set by the landlord, and make the new panel to sit neatly with the others.

Landlords and managing agents with several totems can book panel changes as tenants come and go, or as part of a regular maintenance schedule, so every sign on the site stays current.
